Indian Woman ties the knot with a cobra

Oh, it is so stereotypical...
The German newsmagazine Spiegel reports that a woman in the indian state of Orissa married a cobra.
The woman's daughter had been seriously ill, which led the woman to sacrifice milk (There is even a better story about snakes and milk in India, but that's a little off-topic, now).
Mystically, the daughter convalesced, which - of course - the snake could take the credit for.
Inescapably the woman fell in love with the monster-worm and the village was completely happy, when she decided to arrange a wedding with the belt-wannabe.
The woman, her name is Bimbala, states that the cobra and she have a very special connection.
They don't even have to talk (phew!) to understand each other perfectly.
Every time Bimbala puts a bowl with milk near the snake's grotto, the legless saurian comes out to drink - what a surprise.
And it has never done anything bad to Bimbala up to now...
Must be Shiva's powers guiding the cobra, I guess.
Let's bet, if tomorrow we can read in the newspapers of the mysterious death of an indian woman bitten by her husband, after which the husband, who wears his glasses on his neck, said: "Mine is the longest...".
